一、 Online ordering process
1：Select the oil painting picture you wish to buy on the page of Products or Stock, click on the picture to view the enlarged effect.Every enlarged oil painting picture has only one number, under each picture there are the Quality、Specification and the according price in US dollar ( 1USD = 8.3RMB)
2：Select the Quality and Size you want,click on Add to Cart.
3：Click on Continue on the page of shopping car, then repeat the above operations until your selectings are completed. Click on Order online on the page of last product list and fill your detailed personal information.
4：Finally click on Submit Order to complete your ordering process.
Our working staff will contact you to confirm within 24 hours after you submit an order
二、Other ways of ordering
We provide portraits of any photo,picture you like .
You also can send us your favourite picture by email,and tell us the size and subject,we will give you the detailed price and will provide it to you on time.
Please pay 30% of the amount ,when you take order.
The production process immediately starts after receiving your advance payment (which is regarded as an affirmation of your order) and we deliver your order as soon as the paintings are ready.Usually it takes one to three weeks ,depends on the quantity.
If you place large orders and coperate with us for long ,we will provide you the
Price for franchisers .
Note: We have over 10,000 pictures in different styles in stock. Due to limited web space ,we are unable to display them on the line.If you need , please contact us.

四、About checking the productions
Once the painting is finished(or partly finished),we can film it by digital camera and email the photo to you.You also can check it in our factory .We deliver it immediately after your checking.
五、Return policy
When you receive the products, please inform us by email or other ways.
If you are not happy with the paintings after you have received, we will refund your money , but you need to pay the return shipping cost.
